Booking information
Arrival & departure
On your day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3pm. On the day of departure, your room should be vacated by 10.30am.
Double room for single use + 40,00 € per night.
For short stays of less than 3 nights we apply a surcharge of 10.00 Euro per person per day.
In addition, a local tourism tax of 2.50 Euro per person per day applies. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from this charge.
Children’s discounts (children sharing with their parents)
• 0 to 3 years: 20 Euro per day
• 4 to 6 years: 50% discount
• 7 to 9 years: 30% discount
• 10 to 12 years: 20% discount
• 13 to 15 years: 15% discount
RESERVATION/PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Normally only written reservations are accepted, exceptionally also telephonic ones. We’re asking for an advance payment of EUR 300,- . The invoice can be paid cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard. Please check your bill on payment as complaints will not be accepted following your departure.
CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation policy:
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 31 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a stay booked at the hotel be delayed, not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the trip cancellation insurance.
