In the Carezza ski area, there are several natural toboggan runs waiting for you: leisurely ones with a gentle slope for families as well as speedy and steep ones for real pros. By the way, tobogganing isn’t only fun during the day: Nighttime tobogganing, illuminated by the moonlight or floodlights, is an incredible experience! Glide through the snow and leave your tracks – on a toboggan or on skis along the 160 kilometres of cross-country trails spread across the Alpine pastures of Val d’Ega/Eggental.

Hubertus toboggan run

Start: mountain station of the Hubertus cable car
Length: 1.2 kilometres
Difficulty: easy

This toboggan run is located right next to Hotel Alpenrose as well as the Hubertus ski run. It’s perfect for families!

Welschnofen toboggan run

Start: Laurin 1 valley station
Length: 0.5 kilometres
Difficulty: medium

This toboggan run takes you on the valley slope to “Tschager” car park in the village centre. Tobogganing by floodlight on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays until 10 p.m.

Lake Schwarzsee toboggan run

Start: mountain station of the Franzin lift
Length: 1.5 kilometres
Difficulty: hard

This toboggan run leads on a partly icy track through the forest to the meadows below Moseralm pasture. Only for real pros!

Frin circular trail

A boundless Alpine pasture with five kilometres of pure cross-country bliss! You can reach the circular trail directly from Hotel Alpenrose via the Nigra/Niger trail. This eight-kilometre trail leads through a beautiful forest and across picturesque meadows – and can be extended to Passo Nigra/Niger Pass.

Lake Carezza-Angerle pasture circular trail

The three-kilometre-long panoramic trail offers fantastic views of the Dolomites. A great choice for families: The trail is located near the slopes of the Carezza ski area. Perfect for cross-country skiers and Alpine skiers to meet up.
